Refund / Cancellation Policy

*** Refunds will only be made if a class is cancelled by us. ***

Student Rebooking: If you need to rebook a class MORE than 14 days before your scheduled class date, you may rebook (transfer to another class date) one time without paying a rebooking fee and without losing your tuition. Your request to rebook must be made in writing via email at least fourteen days prior to the class start date. In the event you are unable to attend a future class, you may give your spot to someone else (i.e. a friend or family member). If Patriot Training and Consulting is forced to cancel a course for ANY reason, you will be given the choice of moving to another available class date or a full refund.

Note: There will be no rebooking or refunds for Guest Instructor courses hosted by Patriot Training.
